Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on orders. However, in case of returns we provide store credit valid for 6 months.

Return Policy: If you are unhappy with the product and would like to return it, inform us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Returns must be processed within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with tags intact and in the original packaging.

Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange a product, you must do so within 48 hours of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition with tags intact and in the original packaging. The product can be exchanged for another product. Please note that product images may differ from the actual product, and such variations are not eligible for exchange.

*One-Time Exchange: A product can be exchanged only once per order.

Damage & Replacement

Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged or broken piece, report it within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please send info@mermonkplata.com an opening video as proof.

Repairs

Repair Service : If you require any repair for your item, we are happy to assist. Repairs start at Rs. 500/- and will vary depending on the extent of the damage.

Steps for Exchange & Return

Notification: Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a picture of the product in your email to info@mermonkplata.com

Processing: Reach out to us with these details, and we will process your exchange or return.

No returns or exchanges will be provided in the following cases :

  • Used products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Minor color and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • No returns for incorrect or outdated addresses.
  • Purchases made on sale days are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
  • Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange
